The residents of Boston’s Harbor Towers have filed suit against adjacent Harbor Garage

The residents of Boston’s Harbor Towers have filed suit against the commonwealth and the owner of the adjacent Harbor Garage, seeking to stop the development of a 600-foot skyscraper at the garage and to stop the implementation of the state-approved plan guiding future waterfront development in Boston.

The Conservation Law Foundation also filed its own suit over the state’s approval of the planning document on waterfront development.
