Is Amazon reconsidering Boston for its HQ2 location again?

Now that Amazon was rejected by New York to open their second headquarters a great opportunity arises for Boston to become the first runner. But at what cost? What will the incentives be ? This all remains to be seen as Amazon decides to open its second HQ2 and that is if they are still considering it.  We can only hope.
