The iconic high-rise building located in the Financial District of Boston has been acquired by Rockpoint Group for $635 million. 75 State Street was designed by Gund Architects of Boston, in association with Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill. The 31-story building rises to a height of 390 feet and has a floor area of 1,001,990 square feet.
